Bu bölüm, arşiv sergileri sırasında mutfakta başlayan bir paylaşım pratiğinden doğan yemek tariflerini bir araya getirir. Fatma Aksu’nun kızı Betül Aksu’ya aktardığı tariflerle başlayan bu süreç, ziyaretçilerin kendi tariflerini eklemesiyle genişlemiştir. From the Archive: 2024-2025 Recipes
This section brings together recipes that emerged from a practice of sharing that began in the kitchen during the archive exhibitions. The process started with recipes passed from Fatma Aksu to her daughter, Betül Aksu, and expanded as visitors added their own. The recipes create a space where everyday knowledge and acts of remembering circulate collectively.
